Don was previously a certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and is knowledgeable in kinesiology and exercise science. His goal is not just to provide temporary relief of your symptoms of pain but also to help uncover the cause and lead you to overcoming it permanently. After your session, Don may suggest specific yet simple corrective exercises to do on your own to help reverse the mechanical dysfunction that may be responsible for your symptoms of pain and discomfort.
