Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to self care and are happy to dedicate time and space to help you meet your self care goals.  We also value our time and commitment to being available to our clients. Therefore we hold each booking with a credit card.

We understand that plans change and we want to be flexible to accommodate those changes. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the time of service without charge.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance but more than 10 hours in advance are charged 50% of the total appointment time at our lowest rate. (Custom Massage)

Appointments cancelled less than 10 hours in advance are charged 100% of the total appointment time at our lowest rate. (Custom Massage)
